I am a food industry professional with 5+ years of experience in research, gap analysis, product development management, and project management. 👉 In my last role at the startup Adamo Foods, I successfully developed vegan whole cut, clean label steak analogue from mycelium (grown using submerged fermentation techniques), a pivotal achievement that propelled the company to secure £2 million in seed funding.

👉 Before Adamo, I honed my skills at GNT, where I led over 55 technical projects, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in product development across multiple categories—beverages, dairy, chocolates, and more. Whether it was developing no-added-sugar popping boba or localizing recipes to meet regional tastes, my focus was always on aligning innovation with market demands. 👉 Beyond product development, I’ve always believed in the power of communication and community. This belief led me to work as industry researcher, editor and then the producer at the Red to Green podcast, which became a top 5% global podcast in 2022, reaching listeners in over 160 countries.

👉I also hosted Q&A panel at Nottingham’s first FoodHack Meetup and launched the blog "A Little Word Told Me," where I shared insights from food industry leaders, further expanding my network and influence in the industry. The blog attracted readers from 100+ countries between April 2020 to February 2021. 👉 From developing a malt-based powdered drink for PMV Nutrient Product Pvt. Ltd to leading the Village Adoption Programme in Aloda, my career is defined by a relentless drive to innovate and make a difference. Whether it’s through new product development, optimizing processes, or creating platforms for dialogue and learning, I’m passionate about advancing the food and beverage industry.
